Delivery information

Where we deliver

We deliver to more than 350 cities and towns across Pakistan, including Karachi, Lahore, Islamabad, Rawalpindi, Faisalabad, Multan, Peshawar, Quetta and Hyderabad. The city list at checkout shows every place we can deliver to.

How long it takes

Most orders arrive in 3 to 5 working days after we confirm them with you. Remote areas can take a little longer.

Delivery charges

Each product page shows its delivery charge and the cash-on-delivery charge. Items from the same seller travel together in one parcel, so you pay these once per parcel, not once per item. The exact total is shown at checkout before you place the order.

Paying for your order

You pay in cash to the rider when the parcel reaches you. Please keep the exact amount ready if you can.

Tracking

Once your parcel ships, we can share the courier tracking number. Just send us a message with your order number.
